Donate to Help Pay Legal Fees for Someone to Access Justice

Donating is simple and flexible:

1. Click the Donate for Legal Support button on this page. You will be redirected to the WhyDonate platform to complete your donation.

2. Choose whether you want to make a one-time donation or commit to monthly giving to provide ongoing support for legal assistance.

3. Set your preferred currency on the donation platform.

4. Enter the donation amount you wish to give. You may choose any amount that feels meaningful to you. To give context, in the communities where we work:

   • $1,000 can cover the cost of legal counsel, documentation, and court appearances for one person

   • Smaller donations contribute to other legal needs, such as filing fees, mediation costs, or community legal education
     Your donation, whether one-time or monthly, helps provide legal assistance to people who need it most. For example:

   • One-time donations such as $50, $250, $500, or whatever you can afford.

   • Monthly donations such as $50, $100, or whatever you can afford.

5. Adjust the slider for “Tip WhyDonate Services” to whatever you wish to offer for their services, whether 0 percent, 1 percent, or more.

6. Click the “Next” button, fill in your name, email address, and an optional message for PASDO, then click “Next” again.

7. On the next page, select your preferred method of donation, which may include credit or debit card, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay, Crypto, or bank transfer, depending on the currency you selected.

8. Complete your donation and receive a confirmation email.

All funds donated through this program are directed to PASDO’s Legal Assistance and Access to Justice (LAAJ) Program, where they are used to help youths and other people in desperate need access justice.
