Many individuals are willing and able to work but lack access to vocational education due to financial constraints. Without practical skills, they struggle to secure stable employment or start income-generating activities that can support themselves and their families.
The Vocational Education and Skilled Trades (VEST) Program helps cover training fees for individuals seeking to acquire practical skills such as tailoring, catering, carpentry, electrical work, mechanics, hairdressing, ICT, and other skilled trades. These skills open doors to employment, self-reliance, and long-term economic stability.

How Donation to the Vocational Education and Skilled Trades (VEST) Program Works
Donating is simple and transparent:

Choose whether you want to make a one-off contribution or commit to sponsoring one or more individuals on a monthly basis.
Set your preferred currency on the donation platform.
Decide how many people you want to sponsor under the VEST Program and take note of that number.
Each vocational education sponsorship is set at $75 per person per month. This represents the average monthly cost of helping cover vocational training fees in the communities where we operate.
Multiply the number of people you wish to sponsor by $75 to calculate the total monthly donation amount. For example:
1 person × $75 per month = $75
2 people × $75 per month = $150
3 people × $75 per month = $225
5 people × $75 per month = $375
Enter the total donation amount in the field provided on the WhyDonate page.
Adjust the slider for “Tip WhyDonate Services” to whatever you wish to offer for their services, whether 0 percent, 1 percent, or more.
Click the “Next” button, fill in your name, email address, and an optional message for PASDO, then click “Next” again.
On the next page, select your preferred method of donation, which may include credit or debit card, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay, Crypto, or bank transfer, depending on the currency you selected.
Complete your donation and receive a confirmation email.
If you are able, you are encouraged to sponsor more than one person. Supporting multiple participants allows more individuals to gain skills that can change their livelihoods.
